Shipping Charges
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of the order.
Next Business-Day Delivery
• Order your next business-day delivery from Sunday-Thursday only.
• Next Business-Day Delivery service will not be available during weekends and holidays.
• Orders received beyond 11:59pm, items will be delivered the following next business day.
• Coverage for this service is for Metro Manila only.
• Processing of orders will still depend on payment confirmations/verifications.
• Only one (1) attempt delivery
• For faiIed delivery attempts due to unforeseen incidents such as floods/road closures, orders will be converted to standard delivery with or without prior notice.

• Customer will be the one to arrange pick-up and shoulder the shipping fee via Lalamove or Grab only.

Standard Shipping Delivery
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Unless we foresee potential delays, orders will be processed within 2-3 days to be ready for delivery. Cole Haan reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by Cole Haan Customer Service.
Once your order is shipped out, please expect item/s within 7-14 business days, depending on your delivery address, after the order leaves the warehouse.
NCR: 7 business days
Luzon: 7 - 10 business days
Visayas and Mindanao: 11 - 14 business days
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm, excluding national holidays. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

The In-Store Pickup option offers the convenience of placing online orders via COD only and picking it up at a selected Cole Haan store convenient for you.

In-Store Pickup Schedule
After order placement, pickup day/time can be chosen. Your order will be available for pickup 3 business days for Metro Manila and 7 business days outside Metro Manila after the order is placed. Please bring your pick-up email and a government photo I.D. to pick-up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you when picking up your order.
