Return and Exchange Policy
Every Cole Haan product is backed by our long standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. All items sold by www.colehaan.com.ph have passed strict quality assurance and are insured when shipped. Cole Haan Philippines will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise with original packaging/box within 7 days, together with the Invoice, from the received shipping date. Cole Haan Philippines reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

For products purchased on www.colehaan.com.ph, original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. If return or exchange is approved, refund via www.colehaan.com.ph credits or item exchange will be issued. To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original condition.

Gift Returns
If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift from www.colehaan.com.ph, the refund will be via www.colehaan.com.ph credits. When returning a gifted item, please provide the Gift Receipt or order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.

  • Provide our Customer Service team order details and reason for return or exchange.
  • Proceed to your preferred courier to ship back your returns, please take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the courier as reference.
Return Options 
  • Return via Courier i.e. Mr Speedy, CliqNShip, LBC, 2GO
  • Shipping is charged to the customer.

Additional Guidelines

  • Purchases from this website will not be accepted for exchange in Cole Haan stores
  • Purchases from other platforms; (i.e.Lazada and Shopee) should be directed to the original place of purchase, and will not be accepted for return to Cole Haan Philippines nor its stores
  • All Cole Haan items purchased outside the Philippines; (i.e. Cole Haan US), must be returned to the country where the original purchase took place.
  • It is recommended to have the item purchased insured, since the customer bears the burden of lost or damage until the warehouse physically receives the returned package.
  • Upon inspection and approval of the return or exchange, a Cole Haan Philippines representative will contact the customer for the claim procedure via mobile or email.
  • For disapproved returns, the product will be shipped back, charged to the customer.
  • If the item as inspected is found to be with manufacturing defects, www.colehaan.com.ph credits will be issued.
  • For approved exchanged items due to manufacturing defects, Cole Haan Philippines will shoulder the shipping charges.

Exceptions to the return and exchange policy
Any items purchased as Final Mark Down may not be returned or exchanged.
